I am an artist, educator, activist-scholar,
death doula and desert dweller.
In my creative work, I develop and share novel processes that support personal introspection, social critique, and cultural transformation.
In my work as an educator, I view the classroom as a site of liberation and experimentation; fostering learning and teaching environments where we can grow and evolve as individuals and in community.
In my academic research and writing, I investigate the methodologies of climate-focused artmaking to make space for the invisible and intangible, the emotional and spiritual, in the field of Sustainability. This is important, as “inner worlds” are acknowledged as critical drivers of cultural transformation toward regenerative practices even as they remain largely unexplored.
